0ne-to-one yoga gives you the individual attention you need to improve your existing practice or to start anew.

 I teach a flowing Hatha Yoga practice with the emphasis on listening to your own body sense-ations within the alignment of the Asana (Yoga postures).


Having a practice you enjoy is so important as you will only truly continue that which you love.

We will work on a sequence that is as challenging as it is Joyful.
